"The staff from housekeeping to front desk to the restaurant showed me and my family heart warming compassion during a very difficult time for us. With our mother in intensive care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and we are from upstate New York, the emotional and financial demands has been extremely difficult. However, the staff has helped ease the stress as they are truly concerned about us. Everyone always asks for an updated report on our mother's health and how me and my family are holding up. The "Thinking of You" card that was in my room upon my return from the hospital with the staff's signatures just touched my heart. Thank you for caring!"
