" The hotel is beautiful and very tasteful, especially since the renovations. Located only 2 blocks from the center of UPenn campus and surrounded by good restaurant choices, both upscale and casual--this is a great place to stay.  The staff is very welcoming and friendly. "

Recycling inside the room!  And--they are partnered with Clean the World...a great organization.  Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.  Computer in the room with free WI-FI is key.  Located in a great neighborhood right near UPenn and lots of good restaurants and shopping."

"We stayed here for a few nights while our daughter visited U Penn and Drexel University. It was extremely convenient to be able to walk to Penn and Drexel not only for the formal tour and sessions, but also for our own visits both in the afternoon and evening. It gave us a chance to really get to see the campuses. The rooms at the hotel were excellent, the service was impeccable and the concierge gave us good advice for restaurants and for sight-seeing in town. We would recommend the hotel to all."

"The staff from housekeeping to front desk to the restaurant showed me and my family heart warming compassion during a very difficult time for us. With our mother in intensive care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and we are from upstate New York, the emotional and financial demands has been extremely difficult. However, the staff has helped ease the stress as they are truly concerned about us. Everyone always asks for an updated report on our mother's health and how me and my family are holding up. The "Thinking of You" card that was in my room upon my return from the hospital with the staff's signatures just touched my heart. Thank you for caring!"
