Q: Does the hotel offer parking?
A: Sheraton Philadelphia University City offers overnight guest parking at $25 per day with in and out privileges. The self-parking garage is right next to our entrance on Chestnut Street. Upon check-in, you will receive a parking pass and the nightly fee will be posted to your guest room account. Guests may check-in and unload their vehicle in the loading prior to parking inside the garage.
Q: Does the hotel offer breakfast?
A: Guests staying in Club Level rooms enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast in the Club Lounge during the week. Our hotel also offers 24-hour room service from Sang Kee Noodle House, our Asian bistro in the lobby, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, and fruit smoothies.
Q: Does the hotel offer an airport shuttle?
A: Our hotel is only 7 miles from Philadelphia International Airport and three blocks from the SEPTA Market Frankford Line, which takes you right to the airport in less than 30 minutes. You can take the Lady Liberty Shuttle Van from the airport right to our hotel for only $10 per person. The shuttle runs daily, from 7AM - 11PM, and takes about 30 - 45 minutes to get to here. Our concierge can help with airport transportation and taxis, and there is an Enterprise adjacent to the hotel on 36th Street if you need a rental car.

A: Yes. Our hotel offers a lively dining scene at the Sang Kee Noodle House in our lobby. This casually chic Asian bistro and bar serves delicious Chinese, Thai and Asian cuisine for lunch and dinner, including authentic noodle dishes, rice bowls, Vietnamese Pho, and entrees like Pad Thai, Peking Duck and spicy Kung Pao shrimp. Enjoy delicious cocktails and appetizers in the warm, contemporary ambiance of the lounge and try the crunchy lettuce wraps or Dim Sum. We also offer 24-hour room service.
